Why I teach Yoga

My passion is to bring yoga to every individual who has a desire for a more satisfying life within their own bodies.

People often have the misconception that yoga is not for them.

I frequently hear “I can’t practice Yoga because I am not flexible enough” or “Yoga is too hard, I am not good at it“ or “I am too old/out of shape/injured… (fill in the blanks)”.

The truth is if you have lungs, you can practice some form of yoga that is right for you!
